1. What areas do you service?
We are a mobile detailing business based in Quincy, CA. We travel throughout Plumas County and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our usual service area, reach out—we may still be able to come to you!
2. How do I book an appointment?

3. Do you come to my house or workplace?
Yes! Whether you’re at home, work, or even out hunting or camping, we’ll come to you as long as there’s safe access to your vehicle.
4. What’s included in a detail?
Each package is a little different, but generally you can expect:
Exterior: Hand wash, wax/sealant, wheel and tire cleaning, streak-free windows.
Interior: Vacuuming, carpet and seat cleaning, dashboards and panels dressed, odor removal.
5. How long does a detail take?
Depending on the service you choose and the condition of your vehicle, most details take 2–5 hours per vehicle. Larger vehicles (trucks, RVs, boats) may take longer.
6. Do I need to be there while you work?
Nope! As long as we can access the vehicle, you don’t need to be home. Many customers schedule during work hours or errands.
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service.
8. What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no extra cost.
9. How often should I get my vehicle detailed?
For most customers, every 3–6 months keeps your car looking great. If you drive daily, have pets or kids, or want to protect your vehicle’s value, more frequent details are recommended.
